2012 Advanced Continuing Education & CVSA Recertification Course

The NITV® is pleased to announce the 2012 Advanced Continuing Education & CVSA Recertification Course will be held from January 16 – 20, 2012 at the Riverside Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Situated on the banks of New River, the elegant Riverside Hotel is located in the “Las Olas” shopping district of Fort Lauderdale and only minutes from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale Beach. The airport and cruise port are just four miles away.

Tuition is $395 for the five-day Advanced Continuing Education and CVSA Recertification Course

The following special course topics will be presented during this event: 

• Updated Results of CVSA Research by Professor Jim Chapman

• Seminar on Sex Offenders as related to Law Enforcement

• Use of the CVSA for Pre-Employment and Background Investigations

• Advanced Interview Techniques and their Application to CVSA Exams

There are a limited number of deeply discounted rooms at the special law enforcement rate of $139 per night for registered attendees.  Normal room rates at this property are $295 or more per night during high season (January). Hotel rooms will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis, so enroll early if you plan to attend.  No additional rooms will be available at the discounted rate once the remaining rooms are booked.  Act now to ensure you are registered for this limited-space event!
