2014 Advanced Examiners Course

Excellence in Technology Training and Service®

A record number of CVSA Examiners from across the world converged on the Coronado Springs Convention Center January 6-10, 2014 to attend the 25th annual Continuing Education/Advanced Examiners course sponsored by NITV Federal Services and the National Association of Computer Voice Stress Analysts.

Nationally recognized experts taught on Interviewing and Interrogation, Sex Crimes, Background Screening, Court Testimony, Management and Supervision of CVSA Units, Chart Interpretation, Question Formulation, and the results of the latest peer-reviewed, published study of the CVSA. For the first time, a video of the Model CVSA Exam was shown and received rave reviews.

This year’s recipient of the Professor James Chapman Award was Bob McCarty, investigative journalist and author of the Clapper Memo, the book that exposes the “Dirty War” the polygraph community has waged against the CVSA for decades, including the use of tax-payer money to conduct flawed “Independent Studies” of the CVSA in an attempt to discredit its validity. The annual award is given to the person who has contributed the most to the profession of Voice Stress Analysis in the previous year.
