Senior Investigator Michael Ten Eyck reports that an individual, Shane Finch, had been accused of molesting two young girls. Finch denied sexually abusing the victims. Finch then agreed to take a lie detection test using the Computer Voice Stress Analyzer (CVSA) and was brought to the OCSO by his mother. During the post-CVSA interview of Finch where he was confronted with his CVSA charts showing deception on the relevant questions, he admitted to knowingly molesting both girls. Finch now faces up to 14 years in prison.
